This summer, the Basil & Elise Goulandris Foundation pays tribute to Henri Cartier-Bresson and Martine Franck with several exhibitions in Greece

The Basil & Élise Goulandris Foundation presents two exhibitions in Athens.
The first is devoted to Henri Cartier-Bresson’s Images à la Sauvette, recently republished by the Henri Cartier-Bresson Foundation. The exhibition features the 74 photographs that compose the famous publication.
The second brings together, for the first time, all the photographs taken by Henri Cartier-Bresson during his travels in Greece.

The Andros Museum of Contemporary Art honors the work of Martine Franck with a retrospective of some 150 photographs. This tribute highlights all the themes addressed by Martine Franck throughout her career, such as the different stages of life, the world of work, political and social issues and feminist struggles.
